Should we be honest to the kids?

I think all teachers should say as follows "look kids, I know you all have big hopes and dreams for the future but lets face it, out of a class of 30 maybe one student will be lucky enough to live their dreams. The rest of you will inevitably be doing crappy dead end jobs for the rest of your life.
