Outcomes of Vietnam War?

I'm doing some revision and one of the topics we've been asked to revise is the Vietnam War. We've done it in detail but I can't seem to locate my book at the moment. Do you think you could bullet point some outcomes of the Vietnam War for me? Serious answers are appreciated (to put it frankly, no dim witted dick heads)
