Can you explain this? I'm having difficulty speaking?

I haven't experienced anything like this personally, but please, go to a doctor. It could be a sign of something serious, which would be important to catch early. I don't mean to freak you out though, it may be something harmless as well. Going to a doctor is the only way to know for sure.
