Does the stereotype of liberals often ring true that they do propagate "white guilt" as in white race guilt?

Guilt? I never owned slaves or a sharecropping plantation. I never made anyone sit at the back of the bus, or denied them entrance to a building because of the color of their skin. The only person I've ever squirted with a hose pipe is my sister, and the water pressure wasn't that high.
