Am I Underweight For Age and Height?

Hi I am 11 And I Weigh 62 Pounds and I am 4 feet 7 inches (sorta short) and I keep being told that I am as light as a feather and all my friends are weighed in the 70's ish and i am the smallest one of my two BFF's so am I under Weight? Thanks
