Why does my family tell me to get girlfriend?

I am not gay or anything I just do not want relationships. To me they are a waste of free time, money, patience, and all inevitably have drama. I do not need or want sex and as far as I am concerned, life is soooo much easier without relationships plus I do not need the responsibilities of any accidental babies because I couldn't keep my pants on.
