What to wear to a Katy Perry Concert?

Jeans should be fine for a concert. I suggest wearing a short sleeve top with jeans, a flat shoes since you will most likely be standing the entire time. Bring a light jacket that goes with the outfit in case you get cold afterwards. Also, make sure your makeup is light so it doesn't get gross in case you sweat.
