What to do, what should I do?

SO I like this guy he's only a few months older than me. I'm 15 and so is he. He told my bff He was in love with me. And I really like him. But my mom doesn't think its a good idea cuz his parents are really strict! Even more than mine and I barely go anywhere. one time heard his dad yell "If you don't shut the F.. up I'll kick your a..." I just want to be with him. I don't want him in that house anymore. What should I do? I mean I don't blame my mom but, I don't want to lose this guy, he does mean the world to me. I don't want to lose him at all.
