Are these characters cliche? How to make them more realistic?

I like them. Don't worry about being cliche, because there is always going to be a story that has the same plot as you, or the same character your character has. Give them your own twist, and it's now you character. I like the quirks you give them. Really original. If you ever finish writing the story, I would like to read them. :)
